TOP TIPS FOR TEA SMOOTHIES

TEA ICE CUBES
Instead of regular ice cubes, prepare tea ice cubes by brewing your favorite tea and freezing it in ice cube trays.

INFUSE YOUR MILK
Infuse your milk, almond milk, kefir, or yogurt by adding a tablespoon of tea per cup of liquid 24 hours before making your smoothie. Strain out the leaves before use.

ADD MATCHA
Enhance your green smoothie with matcha green tea for a refreshing twist. Add 1/2 teaspoon per serving and blend as usual.

REUSE LEAVES
Some brewed tea leaves, like Gyokuro or Organic Sencha, can be repurposed in smoothies. Store them in the fridge overnight after brewing and blend them into your smoothie the next day.

TEA SYRUP
Create a tea concentrate by simmering brewed tea with honey or agave until it reduces to half its volume. Chill and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
